¿How to book on TuAutocar?

It’s very easy! In just 3 steps you could book your mini-bus or coach. The first thing that you would have to do is fill up the requested fields regarding your one way or return trip in order to get a free quotation, in an easy and fast way. Once you re, you receive it, you will only have to confirm it and you won’t have to pay it until later on!

¿What does a quotation include?

The quotation includes the vehicle (coach, mini-bus, van, sedan) hiring delivered by a professional driver as well as the VAT. On the booking are excluded the parking, tollway and driver expenses. At the moment you proceed with the booking we will inform you about these expenses.

About your booking

I already confirmed the quotation, what should I do now?

You just only have to wait we send you the firm booking document by e-mail. Once you have confirmed the quotation, we will assign you a specialized agent who will contact you and help you with any doubt along all the reservation process until the services are delivered.

When I have to pay my booking?

You do not have to make any payment at the time of requesting your reservation. Once your reservation is firm, our advisor will contact you and establish a payment deadline based on the date of your trip.

In case I need it, am I able to cancel my booking?

Yes, you could cancel your booking at any moment. If you do it with enough anticipation there won’t be applied any cancellation fees. Our cancellation policy would be defined at your booking document.

During the service

¿Will I be able to contact the driver while the service is taking place?

Yes, the day before service takes place we will send you by e-mail driver details so you can contact him in case of need.

Other doubts

We are carrying a lot of luggage, should we communicate it in advance?

Yes, keep in mind that some coaches have more limited luggage, so if you are going to move with a lot of luggage, please contact us so we can see what type of vehicle best suits your needs.
